Victoria Miller was born in Seattle. Her parents work as biologists.During her childhood, she would often watch a lot of documentaries on TV. She would also spend a lot of time playing on computers at home. She was rather awkward growing up, and was diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum due to her poor social skills and interests being different from many people.During her childhood, Victoria would gravitate towards technology. She had a strong interest in computers, especially with the newly emerging world wide web. She would often spend a lot of time browsing the web, gathering information on a wide variety of subjects. This was more convenient for her, as she wouldn’t have to leave the house as much to go to the library. Though there were still times where she had to visit the library, especially with how slow internet speeds were at that time, and the fact that certain topics may be easier to read about in books or libraries may have subscriptions to databases.She also had a strong interest in finding out how things work, so she would often build things with Lego at home. She would also take machines apart too and build them back together. She developed an interest in model kits, which let her build things up from their components.While growing up, she would often spend a lot of time reading about science and technology. She would often participate in upgrading the computers at her house.Victoria developed an interest in entomology, after finding a large book about ants in the school library. She would join the science club in high school, and participate in the science fair. She also participated in the Student Tech Club too.During her time in college, Victoria majored in computer science. She took other classes too, such as those related to biology and technology. She later graduated in computer science, and now works in tech support.She also does design robots, as a way to make her life and other people easier. She hopes she can make a robot that would perform daily tasks like housework efficiently. She also hopes to create a robot for herself that can attend formal events or meetings in her place.

Victoria likes to read. She also enjoys gaming and playing paintball. She often acts shy and quiet around people she doesn't know. She can be a bit awkward at times too, though can be talkative if the topic is something she is interested in.Victoria has a strong interest in robotics, and likes working with robots.
